02
Importance for Rhein-Plast
Inline systems are among the core products in containment and filling environments. They support closed processes, minimise cleaning effort and increase product protection.

Benefits in use
Liners are mainly made from polyethylene (PE-LD, PE-LLD, PE-HD), and depending on the requirements also as multi-layer film with PA or EVOH barrier layers. Production includes film extrusion, cutting to size and finishing by welding or sealing. Common forms are round-bottom bags, shaped bags and cylindrical liners with or without a spout. Wall thicknesses are typically between 50 and 200 micrometres.
