What is a continuous liner / endless liner?

A continuous liner is a flexible containment system made from polyethylene film that enables dust-free and contamination-free filling, transfer and emptying of powders and bulk materials. The continuous liner consists of a long, gathered film tube supplied in cassettes or bags. Connected to filling or process equipment, it enables the safe handling of active ingredients (APIs), powders and other sensitive materials. Thanks to the continuous system, containers of different sizes can be filled and securely sealed without interrupting the process or contaminating the environment. This is particularly important for highly active or toxic substances (HPAPIs) and in cleanrooms of ISO classes 5, 7 and 8.
